INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13 AND 14 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL OF 27 APRIL 2016 (GDPR)
Premise: We wish to inform you that as of 6 December 2025, Finint Private Bank S.p.A. is undergoing a merger by incorporation into Banca Finanziaria Internazionale S.p.A. The legal effectiveness of the incorporation entails the automatic succession of Banca Finint S.p.A. in all contractual relationships previously in place with Finint Private Bank S.p.A., which will therefore continue without any interruption.
Pursuant to personal data protection legislation—which contains a set of rules designed to ensure that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with individuals’ fundamental rights and freedoms—and in accordance with the Italian Data Protection Authority’s decision of 8 April 2009 (“Provisions regarding mergers and demergers between companies”), as subsequently amended, please note that Banca Finanziaria Internazionale S.p.A. (the incorporating company), as a result of the merger by incorporation of Finint Private Bank S.p.A. (the incorporated company), succeeds, as the incorporating company, to the controllership of the personal data that were previously processed by the incorporated company.
Therefore, as of 6 December 2025, Banca Finint S.p.A. becomes the sole Data Controller for the processing of personal data in connection with: (i) contact requests made through the website and any subsequent contact; and (ii) disclosure/communication activities (including by means of distance communication technologies), studies and/or research relating to the financial products/instruments offered—activities that were previously carried out by the aforementioned Finint Private Bank S.p.A.
You are invited to refer to the information notice made available at the time of your first contact with the incorporated company for the information referred to in Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, except as updated by this notice with respect to the details of the new Data Controller. We also inform you that your data will continue to be processed in accordance with the consents you provided at the time of the first contact.

As a result of the merger, Banca Finanziaria S.p.A., with registered office at Via Vittorio Alfieri, 1, 31015 Conegliano (TV) (“Banca Finint”), acquires your personal data as Data Controller (“Controller”) for the purposes of the contact and disclosure activities previously carried out by the aforementioned Finint Private Bank S.p.A.
