Who we are
The Research Office is part of the Group Markets Division, which is dedicated to providing highly specialized advisory services and access to the bond market.
It has grown within the Banca Finint Group, a structured and diversified financial institution operating in the Italian corporate & investment banking, structured finance, asset management, and private banking sectors.
Established in 2016, Banca Finint Group represents the culmination of over 40 years of activity of the Finanziaria Internazionale Group, founded in 1980 by Enrico Marchi and other partners.
Within Banca Finint, the Private Banking & Wealth Management division specializes in advanced advisory services and portfolio management, with over €4 billion in assets under management and a similar amount in assets under advisory.
The Banca Finint Group is also specialized in Debt Capital Markets activities (minibonds and specialized lending), as well as in the structuring and management of securitizations, covered bonds, and structured finance transactions; in advisory for extraordinary finance operations; and in the development of basket bond programs supporting companies and the real economy in the regions where it operates.
Our offering is complemented by Finint Investments, the asset management company active in the management of both securities and real estate funds, and Finint Revalue, a firm active since 1989 and specialized in the acquisition, enhancement, and management of non-performing loans.
The Group is headquartered in Conegliano (TV) with offices in Milan, London, and Rome.
